Yes, it's been a hard year for artists--but I'm hanging in there and hope there's a turn-around in 2010. I'm working hard to make the Bar Harbor Fine Arts Festival the premier show in northern New England!

Encaustic mixed-media painting. A trip to Europe in the fall of 2008 resulted in my viewing the sunrise and clouds clouds over Ireland from the window of an airliner. It was too beautiful to pass up!
